I'm thinking Oprah has her own cult and pulls a good amount of weight with the chick audience. But then again, a lot of people with disposable incomes watch both shows. What would you advise?

Oprah is too "New Age" for your objectives. She wouldn't want to commit to a set of doctrines.
Larry King is open to anything that sounds "spiritual".
"Paid Programming" - that's where you're likely to find a receptive audience.

I'd go with Larry King. Oprah will want you to bring a bunch of cars to give away. Remember, Oprah doesn't give away stuff, she coerces her sponsors into giving things away. Larry will let you take calls, so you can begin recruiting immediately. Oprah will simply tell you to write a book so she can put it in her book club.

Oprah, definitely. She already has a history of allowing insane people on her show. Just look at Tom Cruise.

I think Tom Cruise ruined it for others on the Oprah show.

the masses will only corrupt the purity which you so desire. rely on the masters which have led you to realms outside of reality .... to the worlds beyond knowlege .... for there and only there will you be revered as the sacrificial alien that will perpetuate the illusion of limitlessness in an attempt to steal the blood oozing organs of that world's succulent daughter replacing it with your own and thereby be worshipped in a way that cannot compare with thought

Why not both? I'd talk to Leno and Letterman, too!
