You need to achieve a balance in Body, Mind and Soul. Some people are great on looking after their body and neglect everything else and conversely others are all mind while others are all soul to the detriment of the other two. In all people there is always a mixture of the above in one measure or another. To achieve a balance of our three dimensions in their proper order will guarantee our state of happiness.

PS by soul I mean things of the heart. This will include our spirituality among other things like love and art and religion etc.

Regarding health:
1) 64 ounces of water daily.
2) Lots of raw fruits and veggies.
3) Exercise.

Live healthy.Don't smoke,don't drink too much,eat healthy and exercise.Education will be the best thing for anybody.Higher your education is,better job you get.good job-good money.Money opens a lot of doors.It makes everybody happy.I think whoever says money is not everything?.......they are just lying to themselves.Now days money is everything.I am not money hungry.If i have $5 in my pocket,I'll make the best of it.I am just telling you my opinion about happiness.

I moved from NJ to Nevada. Greatest decision of my life.
My health is better. I enjoy the outdoors. No snow, no cold.
I live in paradise.
People are nice.
As I said great decision.

Sleep well.
Dream big. But also small.
Hug.
Smile.
Look for kindness.
Cry without feeling ashamed about it.
Drink water.
Enjoy lightning bugs.

But, perhaps the most important...don't give up on yourself.

The best things I have found are:

-Getting adequate sleep
-Eating Healthy
-Being active/exercising
-Having goals
-trying to master ones self
-Getting rid of bad relationships (friendships included) and strengthening the good ones.
-Reading and staying knowledgeable on your skill/job.
-Smile
