I know, because I have been there .. before I got saved.. God showed me what my sin was doing to me... it was seperating me from Him and ALL things He created! I fell into a dark endless black..lonely pit. But Jesus pulled me out as I reached up and screamed for Him to save me.

we are living in hell right now. murder, rape, hate, crime, waking up not knowing if you'll live to see teh end of the day...what could possibly be worse then that? hell is here on earth and Christians biggest fight againt evil is actually a fight against humanbeings natural instincts. we are born with the ability to do the things that God considers sins...so if these things are sins then why did he give us the ability to do them? either becuase he doesnt actually exist or becuase he wants to see us sin because he is actually in fact a sinner himself.

the concept of a fiery place of torment known as 'hell' is not a bible teaching.It stems from pagan teachings.
Jehovah is a God of love.It would make no sense for him to create humans to live for a short period of 80 years or so and then be tormented for all eternity.It is just not feesible.
The Bible also does not teach 'once saved always saved'.What you experienced has no biblical backing what so ever.

well, i had a near death experience. despite not crying out for Jesus i didn't see any hell. i experienced something impossible to describe but there certainly was no pain, no fear, no yawning endless black pit, no burning lakes or leering demons.
PS. tho i was sick for quite a long time it was actually a good experience. death doesn't frighten me anymore.

Hell was created to control the common people by religious leaders.
Seriously why do you think Protestantism was created and accepted by German lords. Because they didn't have to pay taxes to the catholic Church and be threatened by "hell".
