I'm sure you've done protein shakes and smoothies, if not do them. Some solids blend well into liquids and some don't. I used to make these ridiculous post workout concoctions which had a scoop of vanilla ice cream, two raw eggs, milk and strawberry syrup blended together. That's damn good and damn high calorie. Otherwise I'd try herbed olive oil. I know it sounds gross but a little is quite tasty and fattening as hell. Or you could always try beer, it certainly helped my uncle pack on the pounds. Ooh! Ooh! Take a blender. Put in melted butter, syrup and pancakes, then blend to perfection. I might actually do that myself and I have an unwired mouth.

I don't know if you actually want to try this but....
I know a lady who had her jaw wired shut in order to help her lose weight, she did on occasion get a burger from a fast-food joint, add just a little bit of water, and make a smoothie out of it. Sounds very gross to me, but if you are desperate.
Another choice is using a weight gainer drink from a nutritional store, or Ensure has quite a lot of calories in it.

BOOST drink, with an Instant Breakfast mixed in, put ice in it too. It's not very tasty at first but, if you really dont want to lose any weight, they have awesome calorie counts and are available in most grocery stores.

why is your mouth wired shut? I have to ask. Usually people that have it done are trying to lose weight. Kind of an extreme thing to do.
Do you talk too much?

Buy some boost at the store and drink that. Drink malted milk shakes and lots of cream soups.

Milkshakes, epsecially if they're made with real milk and cream.
Protien shakes usually have decent calories too.
