this guy calls me a lot, and i call him back...he some times doesnt call me back when he says he will and that bugs me soo bad cuz some of my friends do that to ALL THE TIME!!! i told he forgot to call me back one time and now he always calls me back... and makes sure i notice it... he says he used to like me but gave up cuz i'm not allowed to date until i'm 16... but all my freinds say he still likes me... but he says he doesnt... i kinda believe the guy but i want to be 100% sure.. so does he like me still or not???

Man am I glad I'm not a teenager anymore. Listen, all you have to do is say this to him, "Hey, I really like you, but if you don't like me because I'm not 16, then maybe you're not the right guy for me. If you really like me, then don't play games and just say "yes, I like you". If you don't, then say, "sorry, I don't like you." and I won't bother you about it anymore, because I may not be 16, but I'm old enough to know what I want and what I want is a guy who says what he means."
Trust me, if he likes you, he'll be more than happy to say so. He is probably afraid you'll just reject him. If he say's you're too young, then believe him...you're too young and he doesn't deserve you.

It sounds like he still likes you. If you like him and you want to make sure he likes you still, hint at how you can't wait to be 16 and that you're so excited because you are interested in 'someone'. If you don't want him to like you, say you're glad you're not 16 because only losers have liked you and you don't want to bother with them. Either way, he should get the hint! :]

ive had that happen to me all the time and in the end i started asking him and when he said no then i just went and quit paying as much attention to him and it killed him to kno that he didnt have my complete attention and in the end he asked me out and told me he loved me
