I don't feel sick/ill/queasy at all, but I get this yellow tinge around my mouth that's quite noticable. It must mean something. What is this a sign of?

Sounds like jaundice from a lack of vitamin D (sunlight), or more likely an iron deficiency. Try eating more meat, vegetables, or take an iron supplement.

It sounds like jaundice. I would get on a healthy vitamin program and eat very well to work on correcting the problem.

Stay on a good multi vitamin, iron, B complex and D with magnesium. That does not mean for a day or two it means every day from now on. Your diet is apparently not healthy just now.

Lay off junk foods and sodas. Eat veggie and meat and dairy and grains within limits.

It is not jaundice if the whites of your eyes are still white, if so rule that out. It could be that you like butter and leave it at that. It could also mean your mirror requires a good cleaning.
