theres this girl who's a year older, a grade higher, and taller. she lives in my neighborhood and she comes to visit often. she's very pretty and my parents think so too. how do i know or find out if she likes me? also if she does how do i ask her out.

Just talk to her and see if she would like to go see a movie or something. If she says yes then she might be interested and you will be able to tell when you 2 are interacting with each other if she likes you or not.

If you want to know if she likes you, then you need to talk to her. Just tell her that you like her and want to see if she likes you too. Just get up the nerve to talk to her. Ask her if she would like to date you or go out sometime. The worst thing she could do is say no to you. You have nothing to lose.

first she visits often. that can be an indicator of liking you. second, your parents like her. thats good too. invite her over
more often, ask mom to fix a nice dinner for the whole family,
after, walk her home, and let her know you like like her. ask her if she like likes you enough to be hanging in public with you, ask politely. if she says no to either of those questions, still be polite and ask her to come over anytime. you dont want to ruin any friendship you have over a bruised ego.

If she's going out of her way to visit you, she sounds like she's interested. What girl would go out of her way unless she did? (Sorry to say) teenagers tend to be very self centered.
