right when i finish pissing, i get this pain, like, somewhere in the area between the ballsac and the butthole. it hurts so much. it doesn't occur frequently. it's like once in a blue moon. any help? thanks.

Or it could be a stone trying to pass and is lodged in the urinary tract tissue.
Or it could be a swollen prostate gland...either case see a doctor. seriously

Sounds like a UTI (urinary tract infection) - usually happens when you wipe the wrong way, not peeing after sex, taking baths all leads to bacteria entering your uterus. This is common in women but it does happen to men also.

see a doctor all helle do is give ya some medicine (tablets or somet)
nothing to worry about surgically..
