Use a scent elimination system like "Scent Killer", get some soft textured camo clothing(it's quiet), practice a lot with your bow in different positions and angles, Read "bowhunter magazine", check out hunting forums on the Internet (just do a search for hunting forums). Hope this helps. Good Luck!

Know your limitations, pratice aiming at targets in between premeasured ranges like 23 yards instead of 25 and things like that. Wear an outside layer that is quite on itself like fleece or wool. Try to set up your stand on the downwind side of the trail or bait pile. MOVE SLOWLY. You may be bored and not think that there are any deer in the woods until you decide to move a bit too quickly and you hear the sound of hooves pounding away in the wrong direction. Keep your eyes open and scan slowly, you may not hear the deer come in if its at all damp out.

I think camping out in a tree stand just before dawn. Do this for several days don't take the first deer that comes along. Wait the deer usually come back to the same place to feed or just pass threw. If you see a doe on your first day. Wait a buck my be around. I'm sure you are getting ready for this fall. Stalking the deer is the hunters main objective before the kill.

Go to an apple tree, pick you up some apples and put them in a plastic grocer bag, and put the apples out right at the exact distance you want to shoot the deer!!

Be really still as the deer approaches, don't move, be really quiet, and when the deer's head is turned away from you watching the other way, pull your bow back, put the pin right behind its shoulder and let 'er fly!!

Good luck!!

Do not attempt to shoot at a Deer beyond 35 yards*** Use nothing less than a minimum of 45lb bow**... Practice, practice, practice before going hunting**... Scout your area before hunting season and pick spots to set up in**... Try to locate a spot near a apple tree**...

Do not shoot at anything unless you 100% identified it, to many people like to take a walk during hunting season

Good Luck hunting
