hello, i was wondering if anyone has a suggestion as to whats the best option for bridesmaid dresses, i dont want davids bridal, they dont have the style i am looking for, i am wearing ivory, and i want the girls to wear champange/taupe, w/a sash, i have the ruffles on my dress and i want the girls to have them on theirs mine is long and i am wanting tea length for them...please let me know if u have any suggetions

Look for a seamstress that can do the job for you. Look through the books online if you want and print out your options to take to her to see if there are parts of one that she could incorporate into another.

You might try a local seamstress as well. Sometimes you can order exactly what you want made at a good price.

You could do a web search on "cocktail dresses" in the color/style you describe it may be more the idea you have in mind and the dresses are usually more comfortable.

you could have your brides maid chose diffrent dresses with these specifications and could help them find them and of course aprove them. this way your bridesmaids feel that they have chosen a dress they not only like but could also possibly wear agian. this way it does not feel like a waste of money to them if they are paying for them.
