Green tea has been proven to boost your metabolism in many studies. You can get natural or decaffeinated. Drink 3 cups a day. Sweeten however you like and drink it 1/2 hour before every major meal, morning, midday and early evening.

Good luck you seem to be doing everything right!

instead of eating three large meals during the day, eat 6 small meals. this will allow your body to get used to getting calories more often so it will be constantly burning what nutrients it all ready has instead of storing them

Do cardio....It gets your metabolisim in high gear...You can do this by running or riding a bike...You really don't need to go to the gym for that. Good luck!!
