he is in my advisory class and sits right in front of me but everyday he talks to me and trys to make me laugh. He always tells me Hey In the morning when I walk in and he stares at my chest

Ask him. He might, but then again some people are just friendly. I talk to guys all the time and make them laugh, but I don't want to go out with any of them.

Truth is any guy can stare at a womans chest, I went through the same thing. This guy always tried to make me laugh and I did. If he tries to make you laugh hes either trying to be friendly or is kinda into you and any polite4 guy can say hey to you in the morning.

Well, there are two possibilities here. He either likes you, as you said, he talks to you alot, and trys to make you laugh, and those are key elements to flirting. The thing that is throwing me off is the fact that he stares at your chest, this may mean that he does like you, and your boobs, he likes you for your boobs, or that he doesn't like you, he likes your boobs. But, that is very common among men, so it shouldn't say too much, if you like him, go for it!!

He certainly seems to be one of those who are moved by a well filled bra. That part you can be sure he likes. Whether or not he likes you as a person is difficult to tell, and this is a problem you are going to have for the foreseeable future. Do men like you only for your looks or in some measure for your sparkling personality.

Ya know I just read this book called "He's Just Not That Into You" by Greg Behrendt (I know I probably spelt his name wrong) its a GREAT book, you should it...
However, from what ya said, if thats just it, don't sound like he's that into you... if he was, he'd totally of asked you out, be doing whatever it took to be around you and talk to you all the time...
He might just be wanting a little more then friends, but it don't sound like he wants a relationship...
