Maybe you are just thinking they are laughing at you(Twinkie). When in fact they are actually thinking something else like why isn't Twinkie posting in R & S or myth and folklore.

They shouldn't. Religions make claims that are testable with the scientific method. It's just so happens that religion never passes any of those tests.

It's just a front for saying "as 'smart' as I am, I have no common sense or enough wisdom to answer more than superficial questions with theoretical answers to satisfy ME and my own sense of insecurity and misunderstanding for that which is beyond my carnal knowledge".

"2Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction. 3For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. 4They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths."

ppl laugh and sneer at what they do not understand.... and a good preacher or man of God will tell you that science PROVES the Bible.... it kinda goes hand in hand if you realy look at all of it.... science has proven that things have happened in the past that is in the Bible.... so pay no attention to those who mock you...... they know not of what they speak....... just keep your faith and go on with life.....
