What ever you choose to do make sure it is sustainable. Ask your self could I eat like this for 1 day? 1 week? For the rest of my life?
I would be more inclined to suggest something like weight watchers, the great thing with weight watchers is it can help teach you what are the best things to eat and after you have been doing it for a while you will not need to count points anymore, you will just know.
What ever you do remember to include some exercise. Try some cardio at least 3 times per week and strength training 2 times per week, not only will you be trim for your wedding day but you will be toned too, and look great for the wedding night!!!!
You have nine months so try not to stress out too much.
Set your self a goal and plan how you are going to acheive it step by step.
Your main goal is to loose weight for the wedding
What is the exact date?
How much do you weigh now and how much would you like to weigh by the big day?
Brake the amount you need to loose into smaller more acheivable mini goals (eg 1 pound or 500grams per week).
Start small and build your way up from there.
In week one you could plan to keep a diary of what you eat and drink and go for a 20min walk on monday wednesday and friday.
In week two you could continue these walks and plan to eat a healthy breakfast everymorning.....
Week three, keep doing what you were doing in week one and two but add another change to your diet and increase the time distance or speed of your walks..........
Do you see what I am suggesting, and how small changes look a lot less daunting than that big end goal?
Do keep the food diary every week. You can look back on it and see where improvements can be made and it makes you accountable. I keep my food diary on the fridge. When I want to get something to eat just realising I have to write down my choice means I almost always choose the apple over the chocolate.
If you loose the plot and have a bad weekend of too much of the wrong food/drink nd too little activity do not stress just get back on track and let it go.
Do not weigh yourself more than once per week, it will cause too much stress! If you are going to weigh yourself choose a day and time and only do it then.
If you are exercising at home rather than in a gym there are heaps of strength exercises you can do that require little or no equipment. For the lower body try squats and lunges for the upperbody try dips and pushups, research variations of these exercises and start at a beginner level, there are variations to all these exercises that will increase their dificulty as your strength improves and stop you from getting bored with your workout.
Finally, make exercise fun, do what you enjoy that way you will stay motivated for longer.
Good luck with all the preparations for your big day!

Ok, this could sound unhealthy however spit. I imply spit like your a trucker with a mouth filled with bite. You can spit as much as two-three lbs of saliva in line with day. Also reduce carbs all the way down to none, quit consuming as so much water, so that you dont preserve any water weight. take a look at an enema ;( i do know, nasty, however you might have approximately 10lbs of waste to your approach at any given time... so you'll be able to see there are approaches simply is dependent upon how severe you desire to move. BUT after the marriage ceremony drink water like a fish reason you are going to extra then most likely be dehydrated. Most importantly maintain in brain that the person your marrying loves you simply as you're. And pay awareness to the vows. EDIT: Keep in brain that is ONLY for loosing weight whilst you MUST pay attention to the submit above mine should you real desire a healthful frame for lifestyles. This is what we did to free that further three-10lbs earlier than a fit or event.

I would not take diet pills unless your SURE they're healthy. If you want to lose A LOT of weight try not eating after 2pm. If you only want to lose like 5lbs. don't eat after 4pm. Also people are what they eat. so if you eat healthy you'll look and feel better. Your diet should consist of plenty of veggies, some whole grains each day, and a few colorful fruits as well. Green tea is a miracle, it is literally filled with plenty of antioxidants, it is amazing. Also you should avoid white bread, it ages people bigtime in the long run. Walk or go jogging and drink lots of water. This will definitly help you look your best at the wedding and put you in a really good energetic mood. 9 months should be enough time, just be ambitious. Good Luck and Congratulations on your wedding:)
p.s.extremely important to not overeat, that extra food acts like a poison to the body, when you first start feeling full you should stop.

Honestly you have 9 months and with proper eating habits and throwing in some exercise you should have no problem shedding some pounds. Stay away from large portions, junk food and add some walking or swimming to your daily routine, you will start to see a difference and it will be a lifelong difference if you keep it up....I am also a little wary about those get slim diet gimmick drugs, the results don't last and some can be just unhealthy. Good luck with your wedding.

Don't go for fad diets. They don't work in the long run. I used to be heavy and now I have a nice figure. I accomplished it by eating 3 or 4 balanced meals a day and regular exercise. I went from 190 to 135 in about 10 months - I am 5'8." And letting myself break loose and have a treat about once a week kept me from feeling too deprived - for me that's fried food or pizza. You can do it if you really want to. I have stayed at my current weight for 4 years. Congratulations on your upcoming marriage!!!!!!!!!!

hmmm well lets see with all the running around that u will be doing planning the wedding and all make sure that u DO NOT have any junk food around u, because sometimes when people are stressed (like myself) we open the fridge and grab the first thing that we see ( which is something that is not usually good for us) so try to surround urself with healthy but TASTY food and i dunno what else... try getting a massage (the massage is to relax urself and NOT to lose weight) and take a walk a few nights a week... good luck!

To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
