Like previously stated it ultimately depends on where you bought your car. If its a well thought of dealership that has been around then it probally wont effect any part of your warrenty except obviously your exhaust components. If it is a smaller dealership that doesnt have a solid reputation I have never experianced this but I have heard of horror stories both at the track and from my mechanic about these types of dealerships playing the follow the "magic bullet" game. They try to say that by adding different exhaust it added hp and tq (no matter how small) it changed the way the exhaust exists the vehical since its not exactly the same and by doing this the extra hp, tq and exhaust difference effected the engine which effected the transmission which effected the (I think you get my point) Now when it comes down to it in court you will probally win this battle but these dealerships bank on you never wanting to take it that far for a 700 or 1000 dollar fix. Ask the dealer first, then if you dont get an answer you like, a few of the exhaust companies ( im sorry i forgot exactly which ones) offer to battle the dealership and provide and pay for any lawyers and court fees that may occur with a dealer voiding your warrenty because of there exhaust. I know K&N does this with there air fillters and cold air intake.

The only true answer to this question will be given by the dealer where you plan on having the vehicle warratied. Call the place where you would have it serviced locally. Ford has been trying to get better at aligning their service departments, but there is some inconsistancy between dealers. If anything the warranty should only be voided on your exhaust system if anything. Again, don't take our word for it take five minutes and ask the dealer doing the servicing.

Yes it will, anything on a mustang will since its a Ford. Axle back will not help performance but mostly noise. Funny how american car people make fun of ricers and imports but yet it is ironic.
