No, but there is a similar phrase that says Two are better than one because when one falls the other can pick him up.
Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
"Two are better than one because they have a good return for their work: If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up! Also when two lie down together they will keep warm, but how can one keep warm alone? Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands not easily broken."
Also 1 Corinthians 12:12-30 talks about unity.
The principle is there. There are many other verses, especially in the New Testament about unity.

A similar idea from the Bible is this:
Ecclesiastes 4:12 A Cord of Three Strands is not easily broken
In numbers...we are strong.

The idea has been used in the Bible that we have power when we are together with other people, but that phrase isn't found in scripture.

There is no such phrase in the Bible I'm afraid. " Where two or three are gathered, there will I be." That's the nearest equivalent I think - meaning when two or more pray, Christ is in our midst. Also, it means that prayer in a group is a lot more powerful than praying alone.

Nope.
The only thing I can think of which is similar to that is:
Ecclesiastes 4
12 Though one may be overpowered,
two can defend themselves.
A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

The closest verse i can relate to that statement would be Leviticus 26:8; "And five of you will chase a hundred and a hundred of you put ten thousand to flight and your enemies will fall before you by the sword."
