you shouldnt be concerned about losing fat as much as you are about losing inches and trimming down...just remember...muscle weighs more than fat..so if a person works out a lot and looks better than they did a month ago....their weight might not be too different

well...u can always do stimulants to speed up your metabolism...or wrap yourself in saran wrap and go in a sauna to sweat everything off...you can take laxatives and water pills...

It is possible, but not likely. Weight loss takes much time and effort, if you eat only fruits and granola bars and drink 8 glasses of water for a week and walk/jog or even better run twice a day for 30 min each time. You'll lose some weight, but no guarantee that it'll be 6 pounds. Also do other exercises, go to a gym if your a member. If you devote a week to this, trust me it is possible to lose a pound a day even. And remember burn more calories than you eat, try not to eat too much either.

One pound = 3,500 calories. Therefore, for every 3,500 you expend, you lose one pound. If you consume 1,500 calories in a day, you must use 5,000 to equal -3,500.

I should warn you, however, that serious medical complications (specifically with the kidneys) have been shown to arise from unhealthy weight loss practices. Furthermore, if you are near your menses, you will likely be retaining some water, which makes the number on the scale higher.

you can lose 6 pounds in 7 days, but it won't all be fat, you can lose only 3 pounds of fat weekly, the rest will be water and muslce, exercise 3 hours a day and only eat 1300 calories.

if you stop eating within 48 hours your metabolism slows and them fat stores, so you cannot do it, and dont get into this "even if it is not safe thing" cause you wisl start a cycle of yo-yo diets which backfire and make you fatter as an adult

if you need to fit into porm dress or drop wieght for athletics you can drink tomns of water and eat no food for 2, then stop with the water 12 hours before whatever yo need to lose the weight for and you wil appear slimmer, but will gain weight faster as soon as you start to eat and drink again

diet pills, um....eating foods with less than 100 calories...drink a lot of water, room temperature not chilled or cold. and get lots of sleep. and vigorous activities. exercise or have sex at least for an hour a day.
