I am a 25 year old female McDonald's worker and I buy them once in a while. There is nothing wrong with doing that. Adults buy happy meals all the time for themselves. I wish McDonald's would get back the All American Meals. It was just like a happy meal except you did not get a toy and the drink was a 16 oz. not a 12 oz. At one time there was an age limit on who could buy a happy meal and then they stopped that.

I usually don't eat anything when I take my son to McDonalds or Burger King or whatever. But if parents want to order a happy meal, sure no problem.

especially when the whole family is hungry and we have a craving and not much money. I get 5 kids meals for $15.00.
another good place is a chinesse place you can pay $6-$9 a meal and feed a plate full to 5 people and still have almost enough for one more.

The bigger question may be what is next? Sugar, salt, fried foods, we can't have the government telling us what we can and cannot eat. These are our rights, if they start playing big brother as Obama and the democrats would like, they will tell us how to do everything because somehow they think they know better. Don't forget that Pres Clinton used to love to hit McDonalds.

Nope, I get myself a quarter pounder with cheese. We don't make it to Mickey Ds very often, so when we do go, I plan my cheat meal ahead of time! I even supersize sometimes.
My daughter has outgrown happy meals, so she usually ends up helping me finish my meal.

I have, but I usually get tired of the choices, plus our shared casein allergy makes any cheeseburger impossible (unless the cheese isn't American processed.)

Yes. I do. My baby thinks it is funny and she gets two toys. It also has the right amount of food in it for me, although I like the apple dippers instead of fries. LOL. There is no problem with it.

All the time! It's just the right size for me and it's neat to get a toy and feel like a kid again.
