What should I do?

Question

Its like everytime a girl tells me I'm cute or something I never say nothing back really except thanks. Then when I see a girl that I like or whatever I never have the courage to approach them and make conversation. I am 15 now and I want to fix this issue right now because I don't want my friends and everyone else think I'm scared of girls. When I be wanting to talk to girls at my school I get really nervous. Please help.

As a female, I can tell you that there is nothing to be nervous. I know what you mean because many men are nervous while talking to me and they wait forever before they approach. Some do not approach ever because of the nervousness. It should not be like that, ike I said, there is nothing to be nervous. Just take a deep breath and go for it.

If a girl gives you a compliment, this is a very good thing and it should embolden you to have some swagger. Just keep thinking to yourself that because you have been declared "cute" you now have the advantage and can do no wrong. Sooner or later you will start to believe this and your nervousness will evaporate.

Dont think if u see a girl u like just keep walking to her and talk girls like some who is not cocky but not too shy either just be ur self and try being Friends first it works

just talk 2 them as if ur talking to 1 of ur guy friends.
u dont have the courage 2 talk 2 them bc u think their girls that wood reject u as soon as u opened ur mouth. dont think of them like that, just think of them as ur sister or mom or some girl that u feel comfortable talking 2.
girls think ur cute! thats great. if girls feel that they have enough courage to tell u that 2 ur face, then u should feel confident enough 2 talk 2 them.
just remember, its all in ur head, just think of how many girls have told u u were cute. that should give u some self esteem.

Just expound on your gratitude. After thanking them, tell them that was really nice of them to say and how good it makes you feel. Don't automatically though just return the same compliment off the cuff...then it will seem non genuine. People in general enjoy hearing the compliment they give recieved in a good way...plus in adding to just saying "thanks" it generally opens the door for continued conversation. Just above all be honest and open...don't lie, or toss around falsehoods.

if you know some girl likes you then you should just talk to them. We like it for you to approach us...Just be casual. Its ok to be a little bit shy. Girls don't like guys who are totally overconfident and arrogant.

I was like this, but with guy friends you can be yourself, I told my guy friend he's cute, somthing I never thought I would do. Stick with chick friends, we love to hear it, just say it like nothing, its a complement like" I like your shoes." Your hair looks nice" etc etc.
