if im 15 yrs is creatine going to affect my health?

no problems at all if it is used responsibly. don't exceed the recommended dosages and keep your water intake higher than average when you are using it.

just remember that creatine is for strength training so it will help you in that aspect. but to build larger muscles you must both use progressively higher and higher training loads while maintaning proper form and there must be a caloric excess in the diet. if you are training regular and hard and not gaining muscle, then the problem lies in your diet. in terms of building muscle (bodybuilding, etc.) the diet is 90%. going to the gym and lifting weights is the easy part.

Everybody is different... you are still growing and possibly gaining weight. I would advise you wait until about19 - 20 yrs old. I would hit the weights hard.
