I have been looking EVERYWHERE for show times in Kentucky for the movie "Sicko" and have not found anything! I have looked at future releases in the near by theaters and still....no Sicko! Anyone in Kentucky know if this movie has been banned here? Anyone else pissed they can't see it?!

I contacted a manager at my favorite theater. He told me the distributer said they are holding off on releasing it in my area. He said we may get it in a few weeks. I really hope so!

According to Michael Moore's website the movie is in limited release - they were waiting to see how it did to decide if they should release it to more theaters.
I think it did really well (considering it is a documentary) so hopefully it will be coming to you soon. I would suggest calling your local theater and asking to them get it - if they know people are interested it might make them more likely to get it.
It is a really great movie - I hope you get to see it - take some friends with you too - it is important that people see it and think about health care in this country.

I've never even heard of the movie so maybe it's not going to show in my state either. Have you tried googling it?
