The Police officers do prefer,"on" rather than "in"...because then they would have to bring in the dogs to find the offensive odor and waste valuable time,that could be used for going out and shooting people for fun.

If you can pull it off you are awesome.
However, if you are sober or haven't tried phantom shitting before, it is worth practicing in public areas and then graduating to cop cars. The first time I phantom shitted it was very difficult for me because I had no stall, toilet seat and reading material.
