Limewire you have to know about filesizes, so you don't download a virus, and some of the stuff is shoddy quality. Bearshare is the best, but most of the music is for paying members, but it is worth it.

limewire is the best if i had had to choose one of them. on limewire you do have to know file sizes. like for instance a 3min song can not be smaller then 1,200kb. pretty much the bigger kb the bigger the song or quality. but i dont use either i use this thing called torrent files. you can download from a lot more site then you think, like for instance just go on google and type down what you looking for and just add torrent and you should get a lot of results. i use utorrent to download *not hard at all to use* and i insalled a search engin (add-on) on firefox. it gives 5 sites for ever search. fyi for some torrents require a password the password WILL be provided before you download the torrent...just scroll down. you will not get a virus as fast as with limewire and anything like that. for the record you will get a virus unless you pay for every download. but i recomend torrent files for cd for instance you get all songs, album cover and all. if you do choose torrent files just email me and i will be gladly to guide you thru it.

The sites that have illegal file sharing are bad for virus, trojans, root kits, keyloggers and other bad things for the computer.
If you pay the subscription to Yahoo, Napster, you can download all of the music you want.

i use limewire and i've never gotten a virus from the past two years i've used it. the only things that can give you virus' are the spam/advertising...which i highly doubt you'd download anyways

Well, which ever you think is fast... You just have to BEAWARE... For example, if you wanted to download a music, look for the file size, if that file is less than 200K, then, it should be virus...

none of them r safe, buy the music ur stealing, even though the riaa does not deserve it. u just dont get a viruses, its something u do, like open an .exe, nothing happens by itself.
