Oh hunny that is so not a good way to go! Making yourself thow up is NOT an answer!! Because if you started to do that, then you might loose weight, but if you did, once you started to eat again you would just gain it all back very quickly. AND you could get VERY sick! Who wants to be Bulimic? No, please dont do that. That is very scary. My suggestion is to look at what you eat everyday. And also look at how much excersize your getting. You need plenty of excersize and you need healthy food to go with it to loose weight. I am also trying to loose weight and I feel really good on the days where I eat healthy and get excersize. Losing weight isn't a fast process so you have to be patient. Eat healthy and excersize--I cant say it enough. You dont want to tochure your body by making yourself throw up! So I would eat better...instead of mcdonalds--eat a salad with light dressing. Instead of eating your dinner after 7:30pm, eat before that time. It's a very well known fact that eating after 7:30pm is very unhealthy and your body gains more weight off the food you eat after that time. And instead of a cookie for a snack, have fruit! Fruits are very yummy and good for the tummy. =]

Well, syrup of ipecac works wonders.
You could also try and use a toothbrush to stick down your throat.
Some people rely on the old finger down the throat method.
But here is a warning.....if you make yourself throw up constantly, you will always have a sore throat and heartburn. Not to mention, the acid coming back up eats through your enamel on your teeth and if you throw up hard enough, your blood vessels in your neck, face and eyes will burst. Then, you will not only be heavier than you want to be, but it will look like you have some kind of weird disease.
But, hey........good luck with that.

Do NOT do this! It can cause esophogeal cancer, reflux, mouth cancer, and many other severe problems. Acid is not meant to come back up. The acid in your stomach is so strong that it can eat through a pop can! Imagine what it will do to the rest of your body that isn't made to handle it. I know so many people that have done this and have ended up with a tube in their stomach and having to survive on liquid alone. Go to a doctor and express your concerns. Have him check your thyroid. If your thyroid is out of balance, then you can literally starve yourself, and you will never loose weight. It can be corrected with a simple pill that is very cheap.

don't do it. i actually found myself feeling like you. i had lost quite a bit of weight but i hadn't been eating enough so my metabolism finally slowed down and i just couldn't lose anymore. i finally resorted to vomiting. it worked for maybe a week and then i didn't lose anymore and every other day i'd go up a pound and down a pound. i got nowhere. thank God i finally got caught because my parents noticed me making trips to the bathroom after dinner every night. and trust me you will get caught. it may take a while but you will.
if you're that desparate try seeing a nutritionist

God, that's pathetic. I know how (it's common body knowledge), but I'm not gonna say because it's not a good way to loose weight (not like I'd know, I'm not that desperate).
Just drop all the junk food and get out more (jog, walk, hike, get into sports...), just don't go bulimic. Your teeth erode from your stomach acid and you loose the protective layer of your teeth and your teeth will rot and become yellow and ugly.
Just eat healthy and exersize more, that's the healthiest way to go by it.
And you have to be patient with results.

One way that you can make yourself vomit is by sticking your finger down your throat,BUT by vomiting you can damage the lining of your esophagus.The acid that was in your food earlier destroys the enamel on your teeth also. Vomiting isn't a healthy way to lose weight.

why is it so important for you to lose wieght some girls think that if they were skinny they would be happy and have no problems so they keep losing and losing weight cause they still aint happy but think lossin weight is the answer
throwin up will stain your teeth and not eating will make your hair fall out
just go on a healthy diet and exercise

Never vomit to lose weight. Work out doing lots of cardio instead (running, cycling, etc.)

That's not an answer. Do not be bulimic. It has to many consequences. Keep trying to lose weight-just don't make yourself throw up. It's disgusting.
