Buddhism.
No Inquisition.
No Crusades.
No Witch Hunts.
No Holy Wars.
Buddhism took a portion of the warlike Mongols and made them the peaceful Tibetans. Buddhism made the Emperor Asoka of India a great ruler who gave up conquest. Buddhism never coerces. Buddhism has come closer to achieving what Christianity only pretends to be.

the question-which religion is superior:Buddhism or Christianity? is just like asking, how vast is space? The question should be who is not a Buddhist? The 'enlightenment'of the Buddha is one who has rid him/herself of greed, hatred and delusion and 'sees' the truth of the universe and teaches the truth to all,so that by following his method we can be like him. Are you a child of the universe? You are,so do he,she it. All is one, since all is one, where is the superiority. It is just a matter of time for all to return to nature, for a practicing Buddhist you do not compare because by comparing you are dividing the people and Buddha was here to unite the people to live harmoniously, with love and compassion,to help each to reach the other shore.Metta to all.

I agree with The Skeptical One. There's no such thing as a religious war/Jihad/Holy War/Crusade over God's/Allah's land in Buddhism. In Christianity, there's no way to tell if all the people were real: Jesus & his disciples, Mary Magdalene, etc...,
The only person I believe was a real person was Mary. She was probably in her late 50's when her son [might or might not be named "Jesus"] died. Everyone else was made up?
But the Buddha is a real person: He was a prince in a small kingdom in what is now in Nepal.

I disagree with the_skeptical_one, when he says that Buddhism does not believe a deity.
Buddhism does not in a Creator, but, it still believes in numerous deities.
Now to answer your question:
Christianity is, because of Christ's Death & Resurrection, & the Salvation it brings.

Only two choices?
Hmmm?
I don't know....I'm at a loss for words really!
Perhaps if they merged into a....no that won't work....so many other religions that would also have to be included.
They are equal?
I know I got it wrong....I didn't study for this test ok?

For a person to say that one religion is superior to another, that person is seeking converts. Buddhism does not seek converts. It is wrong to proselytize in Buddhism. A Buddhist will, rather, invite one to "come and see." The idea is to let the interested person see if Buddhism offers what he/she is seeking.
His Holiness the Dalai Lama cautions Buddhist practitioners about proselytizing in this manner:
"Suppose... you try to convert someone from another religion to the Buddhist religion, and you argue with them trying to convince them of the inferiority of their position. And suppose you do not succeed, suppose they do not become Buddhist. On the one hand, you have failed in your task, and on the other hand, you may have weakened the trust they have in their own religion, so that they may come to doubt their own faith. What have you accomplished by all this? It is of no use. When we come into contact with the followers of different religions, we should not argue. Instead, we should advise them to follow their own beliefs as sincerely and as truthfully as possible. For if they do so, they will no doubt reap certain benefits. Of this there is no doubt. Even in the immediate future, they will be able to achieve more happiness and more satisfaction.
"...When I meet the followers of different religions, I always praise them, for it is enough, it is sufficient, that they are following the moral teachings that are emphasized in every religion. It is enough, as I mentioned earlier, that they are trying to become better human beings. This in itself is very good and worthy of praise."
It is interesting to note that H.H. the Dalai Lama has urged people of all religious traditions not to convert to Buddhism. Instead, he encourages others to embrace the teachings of compassion and peace that can be found in their own religious belief systems.
"All major religions carry the same messages. Messages of love, compassion, forgiveness, tolerance, contentment and self-discipline…. All have these same values."
Realizing, however, that some may wish to embrace Buddhism, H.H. the Dalai Lama stated,
"People from different traditions should keep their own, rather than change. However, some Tibetan may prefer Islam, so he can follow it. Some Spanish prefer Buddhism; so follow it. But think about it carefully. Don't do it for fashion. Some people start Christian, follow Islam, then Buddhism, then nothing." He further stated, "I am Buddhist. Therefore, Buddhism is the only truth for me, the only religion. To my Christian friend, Christianity is the only truth, the only religion. To my Muslim friend, Mohammedanism is the only truth, the only religion. In the meantime, I respect and admire my Christian friend and my Muslim friend. If by unifying you mean mixing, that is impossible, useless."

The kernel of all religions is the same: do good and avoid evil. Isn't it interesting that it is not a religion that causes problems in this life but rather the misguided followers of a religion who misinterpret their faith's beliefs which create the problems.
May all be at peace.

A Christian might say Christianity is superior.
A Buddhist might say:
"We only look for choices
when we believe in separation."
