I don't think he does. I think he believes in the almighty dollar! I guess he will soon see whether he can fit through an eye of a needle!
I don't see a lot of difference between murder and kill, with the exception of defending your own life. I think that is as far as it extends!
Because Bush says it is OK doesn't make it so! God will be the one who will judge that, and I think rather harshly!

Dubb'ya did what he thought best for the world.
No, I'm not sticking up for him! I really don't like the guy either.
Whether he believes or not is between him and God!
And you are wrong (IMHO) about 'most American Christians'. We do understand Christ's message and many of us try to follow His teachings on a daily basis.
Yes, killing is wrong! As of late, I cannot even kill a bug but will, instead, do everything in my power to set it free.
Defending ourselves is one thing, and yes, that's what its all about here. They started it. We will finish it! Such evil should not be allowed to exist anywhere in our world.
Look at the Big picture! Christians preach Love of one's brothers and sisters. They, on the other hand, want to exterminate everyone who does not follow their beliefs.
We are fighting an evil that seeks to invade our Earth. No, not all Muslims are evil. Many of their beliefs agree with Christian beliefs.
Me thinks that we CAN co-exist. In the meantime, it is right to fight!

No! because you must not murder!
You must not desire your fellow mans house, wife, slave or anything { oil } that belongs to your fellow man!
Oh yeah, remember how HE lied about were the hostile threat was coming from in order to involve this country in the Iraq problem. He claimed they were where terror camps were originating from, not to mention the famous WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION!!!!!!
You must not testify falsely as a witness against your fellow man.....IE...Though shalt not lie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Obviously he doesn't believe in "Thou shall not kill", because during his reign as the Texas governor, he executed over 100 prisoners, which was a record.

It makes little difference what he believes, as a politician cannot hope to accomplish them while in office.

Actually the commandment is better translated as "murder", not "kill". There's a subtle difference. The real quesiton is, can he count to 10?

Who bush is, is quite obvious, who you have to wonder about is these people that kept him in office, and these politicians that back him.
