peanut butter is not rich in protein - its rich in fats (healthy ones).
your diet is not the best one and you will get bored in a couple of days.
for breakfast your body needs complex carbs like whole wheat bread, make a sandwich with some lean meat and veggies, have a piece of fruit with it, old fashioned oatmeal, Kashi cereals.
100cal snacks are junk food in little packages - you dont need it if you want to lose weight - have some fruit or cottage cheese with fruit or whole wheat toast with sugar free preserves.
definately have bigger lunch - have a salad -romaine lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, snow peas, broccoli, egg whites, lean meat, nuts, celery, dried cranberries etc.
you need variety in your diet to be able to stick to it.
never start diet on monday - start wright now.

The simple answer to your question: it sucks. Those 100 calorie packs are garbage. Try this very simple, but solid meal plan. There will be no "packs" of anything.
Breakfast: eggs (for protein), plain yogurt (regular fat), some veggies, water or green tea
Snack: cottage cheese, apple, water or green tea
Lunch: lean protein (chicken, fish, steak - about the size of a deck of cards), 6 fish oil capsules, 2 cups of veggies, 1 tbsp olive oil on them, water or green tea
Snack: cottage cheese, orange, water or green tea
Dinner: lean protein (chicken, fish, steak - about the size of a deck of cards), 6 fish oil capsules, 2 cups of veggies, 1 tbsp olive oil on them, water or green tea
Snack close to bedtime: cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, water or green tea
Do you see the themes emerging here? When you get a handle on this, you can try changing some of those snacks to include other nutritious proteins. You may simply need to buy some protein powder (get a casein blend) to mix with water or MAYBE some milk. Water will be better for weight loss goals. You will probably get sick of cottage cheese in a few weeks so you'll need some variation.

the exercise seems lik you are over doing it. You might want to decrease that. Also, try 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or better yet, a protein bar.....

The only thing I can add to what was previously said is lift weights at the gym. Running for 2 hours everyday will only get you so far. (if that's what you are doing)
