now that i'm a very good rider, i notice every little fault that the less experianced (and even more experianced) riders make, and it drives me crazy.
we are supposed to get behind our cones, and when we don't, we are supposed to circle back and do it again. none of the other riders do that, and it drives me nutts.
just the little things.

does this hapen to you?

The better you get, the more you are able to see. Tolerance comes with time, unless someone is hurting the horse. Then its hard not to see red.I don't consider lesser experienced riders annoying or call their rides mistakes. We were all new once...and worrying about how someone else rides is a waste of good horse riding time! Chill friend, breathe:bad air out, good air in.. somewhere someone might be saying WOW that person is awful about YOU.

Actually, I notice myself making tiny mistakes more and every little thing bothers me. I also notice it in other riders, but not as much as I notice it in myself. I think it's good if you can notice the little things, because it shows how experienced you are and it will help you out in the long run if you decide to become an instructor or trainer.
