Accutane, Accutane, Accutane.

If you have an insurance plan then this is the best. I had a face full of zits when I was younger and I tried everything and nothing helped. You take it like in a pill form. I would talk to a dermatologist about it. It is a serious drug only to be used if you have severe acne.

Otherwise, a sulfur mask can do wonders. It is at Sephora. It will cost about $20-40.

Acne is caused by a variety of things. So you have to figure out what is causing yours. If your glands overproduce oil, you can develop acne. If your glands underproduce oil, then you can still have acne. Also, if you have a high intake of sugars and carbonated beverages, that aggrivates your acne problem. I have acne because my skin is dry. Here is my list of good cheap products for dry skin. Pond's face cream, original, NOT sensitive. $4-6 for a jar; rub in face and wash off with water, but some will remain on skin. Do 2x a day. Then use a zit zapper for breakouts when they come, and above all do not pop unless you can with very little pressure applied. The newest thing that I have found is Neutragena. You won't find it in the face wash asle. You will find it with the make-up. It is a cleanser and moisturizer with spf 15. Cleanser is mild, moisturizer is lite. I have very few breakouts with that.

Use Neutrogena every morning and night in the specific area. Watch out though- it dries out my skin, be sure to moisturize your face.
