As long as you've got parental consent, you're fine to get a tattoo in New Mexico. And if you're by any slim chance in Santa Fe, go to Talisman on Cerrillos Rd, and ask for Guido. He'll be back in town in August, and he's REALLY good. I just got my back done by him...

Not unless they are a shitty tattoo place, or if you have a friend do it... You only have one year left to get a tattoo, so just wait.

i would not get a tattoo till your about 18 cuz your skin is still growing and will ruin your tattoo plz don't get one till your the right age you might really love your tattoo and you will mess it up

yes u can. but make sure your tatoo is something you'll be happy with for life. i had one lasered off my shoulder and now instead of the tatoo, i have a nasty scar. so, get the tat if you want but think about it.
