No, it is not an overall balanced meal. I would recommend something like this:

Breakfast - hot oatmeal with raisins, orange juice

Snack - yogurt

Lunch - salad with light italian dressing, turkey sandwich on wheat bread with lettuce tomatoes, grapes (or other fruit)

Snack - fruit

Dinner - Grilled chicken breast, 2 veggies

have no idea what your goal is so cannot advise. If you eat this daily look out. The tuna will contain mercury which is dangerous long term. You mention no fresh veggies at all and straight protein and not as optimal carbs as those found naturally in veggies... your body will turn on you and you will start craving things your body needs....diets on the whole are not good and history has shown that they never work or work in the opposite of what is intended. Lifestyle honey, hard work and lifestyle adjustments will get you where you want to be long term... no miracle pill, quick fix, or menu plan.

good luck and hope this helps.

Not so bad but you might want to add an apple some carrots and a little salad green.
