my cousin and i started talking each other on the computer, we dont know each other well and she offered to buy me clothes as a greeting, she lives in Germany, i live in US.

i dont know what to excalty say

accept the offer with thanks. Germans do thaty kind of stuff, it would be an insult if you declined

Say no...tell her to send you the money, and you buy whatever, a ps3, movies, a trip to south africa or fallujah...i don't like when people buy me clothes, either they buy them too small or out of taste...at the end of the day, say yes! nothing wrong, but i hope they fit you nicely.

Perhaps tell her it isn't necessary but if she insists, ask her what she would like to receive from the U.S. to thank her in return!
