Have you looked at the the store lately. There are seemingly hundred of different bottled marinades to choose from. I love the Jerk, but that is a bit spicy.

Here's my favorite chicken marande
In a ziploc bag put two table spoons of olive oil, squenze 2 lemons, touch of salt, touch of pepper and two spruges of fresh thyme. You can manade over night or even for just 30 minutes. Bake, broil or grill and it adds a tons of flavor and very little esle!
