Isn't that a rather stupid question? Perhaps we could also ask the women if they really want to know how many women their man has been with?

The past is past! Let it stay buried and let each couple start their life at 0 and go from there.

I'm certainly not a man, but evenso, I'd want to be careful
about being intimate, BECAUSE SOME DISEASES, ARE-
N'T ON THE SURFACE, but that doesn't mean, they're not
laying ''dormant'',
I think, technically, all of us have the Right to want to know
how many former / current ''personal intimate contacts /
individual mates, a person has had, who is comtemplating
a relationship with me..

Most women will not tell you anything above 5, so men have no true concept. They can only go by your general character, and know that women sleep around as much as men do(obviously).

Does it matter? Isn't it kind of hypocritical to judge a woman for how many she's bedded when most guys would sleep with half of the Northern Hemisphere if they could.

I'm not a man, but I would be suspicious if my bf didn't want to know about my past. If you're really that close, can't you just accept the past and move on? Why hide it? Luckily my bf and I were each other's firsts (and only), but we did talk about past relationships. I wouldn't have it any other way, but to each his/her own, I guess...

men lie about how many women they have been with. they don't even count the one night stands. honestly, because men don't remember them.

no one has the right to judge another person's sexual history

either lie or just tell them that it is none of their business, better still end the relationship

Hell no, but then again, when I got married, I didn't know I was number 8 on her list and she was just 17......I thought I was just number 2!! It's affected our marriage all the way till the end, especially when she was my first.

Well what is in her past or my past is just that past relationships or in counters. So I never bring up my past relationship with my new gf unless we have a very good understanding.
