im in good shape exsersize every day but wanna get to 200 pound what can i do

If you want to gain weight you are going to have to change your workouts and eating habits. In the weight room you need to be focusing on high weight and low repetitions. I also recommend that you take a small dosage of creatine. Creatine will help your muscles recover so that you do not always feel sore. Lastly I recommend that you eat a lot of protein. Protein will help you build lean muscles. If you implement my suggestions you will surely gain more weight.

simply start counting calories and increase the caloric intake by 10% each week until weight gain occurs
