but it only has a meesly 384MB of Ram. Will i be able to run WOW? or will the game crash? I would think it a possibility if i were to put it on the dumbest graphics. What do you think?

BTW this is a Toshiba Laptop and new ram cost close to $200 for just 128.

Off the top of my head, I think 512 mb of RAM are required to run WoW. I wouldn't step foot in Outland or any of the capital cities with less than 512, and with less than 1 gig of RAM you will suffer from horrendus framerates at the times when you really don't want to.

Your processor is far more than enough, and your video card is fine. The RAM simply won't cut it, though.

Oh, and 30 gigs of free space is fine. Atm, WoW should take up no more than 8.5 gigs.

The game will give you a message saying you don't meet the requirements to install. This message is pretty common on laptops as when it checks it doesn't account for CPUs downclocking (Especially Core 2). Your computer though is lucky to be running the OS. (Windows SP2 requires 512 RAM, SP1 works with 256MB, Windows 98 128MB)

Dont know where your buying your ram but you can get 1gb ddr2 memory for $60-$80 on sale at any large computer store. Your laptop should hold at least 2gb maybe more. The more the better.

Not only are you lacking in RAM, where's the rest of your free space? RAM is the delivery guy if your game were pizza, so you may still have a problem with speed.

You don't have the required Ram, it's going to be so choppy that it won't be worth it.
