One of things that's better to describe by what it is not. Just as a sculpture is defined by removing pieces of the original block of stone that is not the statue. Or so this dude who calls me "grasshoppah" says.

The meditation may involve staring at walls, however posting on R&S is more like talking to walls.

It's a type of Buddhism originated out of Japan...became largely popular in the WEstern World!
