Heres what you do:
Chop up 1 frozen strawberries [not stem]
Chop 2 Melon pieces the size of a 1/2 dollar coin
Chop 2-3 mandrien oranges slices [before you slice them they should be the size of a button
Chop a pineapple cube
Chop up 5-6 Grapes [seedless]
Now add a 2 spoonfuls of the mandrien orange juice
and one spoonful of pineapple juice

Put it all in one container and freeze for 15min [or until its cold [NOT SLUSH!!!]

Give you cockatiel a spoonful at a time!

Enjoy,

Frozen and thawed mixed vegies, corn on the cob, wheat bread, a good cockatiel seed mix, and most importantly a good pelleted diet to provide vitamins and minerals. I like Zupreem brand pellets. I love the web site www.cockatielcottage.org--lots of good recipes.
