A Christian is expected to do so, isn't he/she? I pray to our FATHER every morning, evening, each and every meal, and whenever I feel the need to communicate a word of thanks or ask HIM for assistance whether it be for a family member or a Brother/Sister in Christ. Yes, I said my morning prayers and commended myself to Him. I say prayers for others and myself throughout the day. The Lord is always with me.
