Hmmm... this is really interesting actually. Some people are saying that it is to keep the Sabbath holy, but I've always been taught that it is to honor your father and mother. I looked this up, and I learned that the Protestant version is different from the Catholic version, both of which are different from the original Hebrew version.
Protestant version:
second commandment: "You shall not make for yourself a carved image"
Catholic version:
Protestants' second commandment is considered part of the first (you shall have no gods besides me), but the Protestants' tenth commandment is broken down into the ninth and tenth.
So to answer your question; if you're Protestant, "Keep the Sabbath holy." If you're Catholic, "Honor your father and mother."

4) “Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the LORD your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your manservant or maidservant, nor your animals, nor the alien within your gates. For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.” This is a command to set aside the Sabbath (Saturday, the last day of the week) as a day of rest dedicated to the Lord.

"REMEMBER the sabbath day to keep it Holy, six days though shalt labor and do all thy work but the SEVENTH day is the Sabbath of the Lord thy God in it thou shalt not do any work, thou nor thy son, daughter, stranger within thy gates, thy ox... for in six days the Lord made Heaven and Earth the sea and all that in them is and rested the Seventh day where fore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and Halowed it"

As I memorized them in the Lutheran Church it goes like this:
Honor your Father and Mother.
Different denominations number them differently.

You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.
