3.07% for PA taxes, 7.65% for social security and medicare, plus whatever income tax is withheld - that depends on what you show on your W-4, and could be anywhere from zero to about 13%.

In PA there is almost always a local income tax, usually 1% but much higher in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. Depending on where you work and where your employer has facilities, this might be deducted, or you might have to just pay it directly.

There is also usually a once-a-year tax to the municipality where you work, that can be $10 but in most places has been raised to $52. If it's $52, in some locations it's taken out all at once, and in some locations it's spread through the year.
