It is called 'Lovers Over Paris.' 'La Dance et Le Cirque' is a painting, not a lithograph, and hangs in the Tate.

The picture you are showing has been identified correctly by Guess who at Large, and the original painting is where he says. But it is important that you know that what you have is a numbered (the no at left hand bottom side)and signed lithographic print. This is worth some money. ebay is selling an identical print for 100 dollars. Check it out.
