Telling you that you need a new head.
This vision was recently given to a Muslim who had memorized the Koran, etc. He was troubled by this vision, but then came to the understanding that the vision meant he needed to remove the Muslim head & put on a Christian head.

This person is a born again Christian today, also with life threatened from other Muslims. So? This vision led him to Christ.

Well, he's fat, so he has no control of his eating habits, or he doesn't exercise, or he has a medical condition.
He's carrying a cross. Why exactly? If it's to demonstrate that he's Christian, he should stick to works of charity....this also might help him lose weight.
He's carrying a sword. So he's a violent guy in addition?
If I met someone like that, I'd call the police. If I saw something like that, I'd stop eating those potato chips before bedtime.

I think it means that he should feel more and think less.. memorizing all that information can make you numb and i believe that through feelings one can be far closer to the essence of things than through memorizing so much knowledge. Feelings are closer to rel life experience than thoughts.
