I applied for a personal loan from Dan Walker,he is from "LoanAlliance" has anyone dealt with him? I am to pay an insurance fee for the transfer of the loan, I will be greatful for any help.

I believe it is illegal, at least in the U.S., to require any money 'up front' for a loan.

Sounds like an advance loan fee scam.

Tell him to add all fees to the loan.
You won't hear from him, again.

I am not familiar with anyone asking for money to loan you money? If I were you I would be skeptical? Matter of fact don't do it!!!

I would report him to the better business bureau or something. Why would you have to pay to borrow money? Thats crazy.
