Maybe you should go to a salon and ask someone what is good for your type of hair.. They do a great job, and will be able to help you..
Good Luck..

Try a few of the name brand shampoos that are targeted for oily hair (Pantene, Dove, etc.) - wash it every other day. Use conditioner only about once a week - when you do use it, be sure to apply it only to the ends of your hair and not your scalp. Good luck!

Do you know what I use? I use Pantene shampoo. I have normal hair and that shampoo is the only one that dries my hair out if I don't use the conditioner after. Maybe it'll balance your hair out? Doesn't hurt to try because oily hair doesn't look too great and I DO NOT MEAN TO BE RUDE, really, I'm not a rude person and I hate to hurt any persons feelings, I'm just being honest. A professional can definitely tell you what you can do.
I'd like to know if you find solution......

I have the same problem. You have to use a clarifying shampoo daily. And when you condition dont use too much. also if you use a stratening iron make sure you clean it every so often to get the residue off of it so your not putting it back in your hair. And clean your brush of all the dead hair. they also sell powders you can put in your hair to saok up the oil...but I dont like them.

It's good that your hair doesn't dry out. What kind of shampoo and conditioner do you use? It could be you're using a heavy moisturizing blend when all you really need is a normal ph.

Paul Mitchel Tea Tree shampoo works great for that problem. It is a has moisturizers in it but it also cleanses the hair from any impurities and you can use it daily. I would try that and see if it works.

try some different shampoos, make sure you thruoghly wash it, if you do use conditioner, use only a dime size in your hand. dont over power it if your hair is already oily.

try an astringent that will dry out the scalp and help stop overproduction of oil. squirt the astringent on a cotton swab and gently dab it around the oily areas of your scalp once a day.
Try: T.N dickinson's Witch Hazel

Ummmm.....is it? do you like it? if not then no it isn't. Believe it or not your scalp is super dry if it produces that much oil. So try to use a shampoo for oily scalps. Extra conditioner.
