Cut off their supply of money. Will the federal government do that? Not from what I see. But some states have already enacted laws to do just that.

If no one would hire them or rent to them or sell cars to them or give them fake ID's--they would go home on their own. It would be impossible for them to stay here and live unless a citizen was supporting them fully and they did not have to drive or leave their home.
Only the government can make this happen with the help of the people.
