the reason is because my friends have been on my nerves. they ask me for things and i cant help them at htis point. it is the summer and i am trying to have some fun. and i just want to show them how i feel. if only they could see want kid of presuer i'm under they could undre stand.

the smartest approach is always to tell people the truth about what you want. They may never see by themselves what you want them to see.
If you were going to send a telegram, you wouldn't send just the 26 letters of the alphabet and hope your recipient would figure out your message. You would send a cogent message that clearly outlines what you want them to know. It's no different here.
Whatever, you do, DO NOT hurt yourself in order to make them understand or suffer. That has been tried. It does not work!!

Just tell you're friends straight how you feel, you'll get no where in life if you dont stand up for yourself.
