Why don't you post your question here? There a re a lot of professionals here. I have very vast nursing experience . Makes me better sometimes rather than doctors. Main reason is that we are in close proximity with the patients on a 24/7 basis.

No reputable physician will diagnose you over the internet. You might do a search for "male reproductive message boards" but you can get some pretty vague answers. Ask us! We'll help you.
