I went back and looked at it again. I imagine this to be close to what a Frank Zappa chart would look like if he had written everything out.

im not a sight reader but it does look lie some of the geometric forms would at very least sound like crap with all those notes a whole tone apart played together. I wish I knew music theory better so that i could express it technically but it looks NOISY

This is actually an avant-garde piece. It comes from the same school of thought as John Cage, the author of the famous "4' 33''," who believed that every sound is music. A Wikipedia article was created on this piece, still believe to be "unplayable."

this is an old favorite. We used to give this to newbies who were coming for their incoming audition. We'd tell them that they needed to get a sneak peek of the music since it was so challenging. then we'd give them some cryptic hints as to were it was stored. We could always tell the ones who didn't try and peek. Their pants were still dry!

I thought it was awesome, I never saw anything like it, I'm going to print it and save it for my new students and tell them this is where we're going to start, how many do you think will either faint or want to quit, I'm going to have a lot of fun with this thank you !!!!!!!!!!
