What, in your opinion, are the best foods to aid weight loss? What types (i.e. high fiber, low carb, etc.) keep you full the longest and are lowest calorie? Thanks!!!

High fiber stuff keeps you full longer.
Whole wheat provides more satisfying protien and fiber.
Fruits and vegetables are always good.
Lean meat is very important.
It is vital to get high-quality fats; like olive oil and coconut oil(mono-unsaturated.)
The fresher the better

Don't eat anything fried. All meats should be lean. You can have up to two servings of bread or potato a day, A serving would be 1 slice of bread. A 3 oz Potato only three times a week. No corn or peas.....(high carb)

You can have all the veggies you want.... Keep fruits to three A day.

Banana's and Apples, only three total a week. Watermelon is high in sugar so keep to a minimum.

Restrict fat intake to one tablespoon a day. You can use sprays, like Pam as the calories in those are minimal.

Be sure to get enough protein. At least 6 ozs a day. You can safely eat 2 oz at breakfast, 4 oz at lunch and 6 oz at dinner.

The site below tells all about this. High fiber foods are good but how do you tell a fiber food from another? It is plant foods with lots of fiber and not animal foods that have no fiber.

Also they give animals fattening up hormones so when you eat them, they fatten you up just like they did to the cow. The best food is avocados with lots of good sugar, carbs and fats. Then you will not crave a high fat and sugar food like ice cream.

OATMEAL AND FRUIT

GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST OR BROIL FISH, TUNA PLAIN.

AND BEST ONE IS A HALF GALLON OF WATER A DAY.

AND AS A SNACK POPCORN WITH LIGHT BUTTER.
